Refunds and cancelling
Try Pro free first, cancel any time, and get your money back within 14 days of any payment.

Getting a refund
- Email [email protected] from your account's address within 14 days of a payment and say which one. No reason needed.
- We refund the full amount to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe, within 14 days of your email. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
- A refunded subscription is cancelled; a refunded lifetime purchase ends Pro on your linked Macs. Nothing on your servers is undone, and Free keeps working.
Renewals
For yearly plans we email you about 7 days before each renewal, and before a yearly trial turns paid. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel. Forgot to cancel? A renewal is refundable like any other payment within 14 days.
Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
As a consumer in the EU you can withdraw from a contract made online within 14 days, without giving a reason. For digital content and services this right can end early once Pro starts right away with your consent. Our refund above is at least as generous: within 14 days of any payment, you get all of it back.

If a payment fails
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries again over the next days and emails you. Pro keeps working meanwhile. If the last try fails, the subscription ends and the app goes back to Free, with nothing undone.
